Cancellation and Return Conditions
GENERAL:
- When you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
- Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.
- Shipping costs for the product will be paid by the buyers.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the buyer or the person/organization at the address specified by the buyer within a legal period not exceeding 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, buyers may terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, and with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
- If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the date of learning. The total amount must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:
- If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.
SHOPPING WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:
- If it is determined after the delivery of the product that the buyer’s credit card has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons, and the product price is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.
IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS:
- If unforeseen circumstances arise that the seller could not foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be informed. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, the amount will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the payment was made by credit card and the buyer cancels the order, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer’s account.
THE BUYER’S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:
- The buyer will inspect the goods/service subject to the contract before taking delivery; crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc., damaged and defective goods/services will not be accepted from the cargo company. The goods/services received will be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The BUYER is obliged to carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The BUYER may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal liability and without giving any reason, provided that they notify the SELLER through the communication information below within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- If the purchased item is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
- The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
- The exercise of the right of withdrawal requires that written notification is made to the SELLER by registered mail with return receipt requested, fax, or email within the 14-day period and that the product has not been used in accordance with the provisions of the “Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised” section of this contract.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
- The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER, (If the product to be returned is invoiced to a corporate entity, it must be returned together with the return invoice issued by the corporation. The return process will not be completed without the RETURN INVOICE for orders invoiced to corporate entities.)
- The return form, the box of the product to be returned, its packaging, and any standard accessories must be delivered completely and undamaged.
RETURN CONDITIONS:
- The SELLER is obliged to return the total amount and any documents that put the BUYER under debt within 10 days after receiving the withdrawal notification and to take back the product within 20 days.
- If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the fault of the BUYER or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the damages of the SELLER at the rate of the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.
- If the amount of the campaign limit set by the SELLER is reduced due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the amount of the discount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
- Products that are prepared in line with the BUYER’s wishes or clearly personal needs, and that are not suitable for return, lower parts of underwear, swimwear and bikini bottoms, cosmetics, single-use products, products that are in danger of deteriorating quickly or that are likely to expire, products that are not suitable for return in terms of health and hygiene if the package is opened by the BUYER after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, goods related to periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement, services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, and sound or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if their packages are opened by the BUYER, cannot be returned as per the Regulation. In addition, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have started with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period as per the Regulation.
- Cosmetic and personal care products, underwear products, swimwear, bikini, books, copyable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs and tapes, and stationery consumables (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.) must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused for a return to be accepted.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
- The BUYER agrees, declares, and undertakes that if they default in the payment process when making the payment by credit card, they will pay interest under the credit card agreement with the card-issuing bank and be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; the BUYER may be responsible for any resulting costs and attorney fees, and the BUYER accepts that in case of default in payment, they will be liable for any loss and damage suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
- You can use your credit cards for online single payment or online installment payment through our website. At the end of your online orders, the amount will be withdrawn from your credit card.
